Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

This return policy lasts 14 calendar days and is for online purchases only. If 14 calendar days have gone by since the arrival/collection of goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Special Orders
No Returns On Special Orders (special orders are items made or ordered in to customers specifications e.g. Bespoke, New Trend). This applies to deposits as well as full purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable); 

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items that are "Sold as seen" 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received & inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days. We also reserve the right to apply a credit note to your account in certain situations. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund within 30 calendar days, contact your credit card company/ Bank, to ascertain that the refund process is in progress.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are refunded at the purchased price. Same 14 calendar days are applicable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at denton@sofasuperstore.co.uk and we will advice on further instructions.

Gifts
Any items marked as gifts when purchased and shipped can only be returned with the expressed permission of the initial purchaser. Any refund/credit will go directly to the original purchaser only. A credit note can be issued at our discretion. 

Shipping
To return your product please contact us at denton@sofasuperstore.co.uk and we will advice on further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (exceptions may apply).

Depending on your location, time may vary for your collection/exchange.

Small Items:
When shipping items valued over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as the courier is responsible.
